Returns & Refunds

If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, write to us within seven days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Please keep the packaging and send a photograph of the damage; it helps us take the matter up with the courier.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and usually reach your account within seven working days of us receiving the returned book.
